Today is fast Sunday due to next week being General Conference. People tend to cry a lot of Fast Sundays as they take the opportunity to publicly testify what they know to be true, I like this quote given in Elder Glenn L. Pace :
The world knows little of true joy. I thank God for the restoration of the gospel, which gives us an understanding of what true joy is and how we can obtain it. And I pray that each of us will discover the majesty of crying with the Saints.
I hope i remember to think of this quote as I listening to members today, maybe even shed a tear or two.
